Easy and healthy alternative to chips! Let’s face it, potato chips aren’t the healthiest food and neither are any other chips. How about bagged veggie chips…well those usually have added ingredients too so you’d have to really dig through the junk to find a good one. These kale chips are easy to make, and made from only 4 ingredients! Try them out, some of my co-workers have been surprised by how much they like them.

Ingredients
- ½ bag Kale greens
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- ⅛ tsp Pink Sea Salt
- Spray Olive Oil
- Bake 10 minutes, rotate, 10 minutes again at 300
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 F
- Wash the Kale well and pat dry
- Rip Kale into smaller pieces (about 1.5 inches)
- Place Kale in a bowl and lightly spray with spray olive oil until evenly coated throughout
- Using your hands, mix in the nutritional yeast and the salt
- Spread the Kale onto the cookie sheet as one layer (best not to have any overlapping pieces), and place into oven
- Bake for 10 minutes, rotate the cookie sheet (to help even out the baking) and then bake for another 10 minutes
- Remove from oven, let cool and then store leftovers in a container that has a layer of rice at the bottom, then a layer of parchment paper on top of the rice. The rice layer will help keep the Kale crisps crunchy and the parchment paper will keep the Kale out of the rice. Store in the refrigerator.
