This is one of my favorite smoothies to make. Strawberries and bananas go so well together that I like to try different combinations that incorporate these two great fruits. This energizing smoothie is perfect for breakfast, whenever you need an energy boost, or you are just in the mood for something refreshing and nutritious.
- 1 Banana
- 8 Frozen Strawberries, Unsweetened, Medium Sized (or 16 small strawberries)
- ½ Romaine Lettuce Heart
- 2 handfuls Fresh Baby Spinach
- ½ Zucchini
- 1 c. Light Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp. Ground Flax Seeds (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
