Potatoes are such an easy and delicious side dish but sometimes they need a little variation. These potatoes are roasted with Parmesan cheese and have a little kick to them from the black pepper. Great paired with any kind of protein.
Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 Red Potatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp. Granulated Garlic
- ⅛ tsp. Fine Sea Salt
- ½ tbsp. Chopped Rosemary
- ¼ c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated garlic, sea salt, rosemary, pepper and ⅛ cup of Parmesan cheese.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes in the olive oil until well coated.
- Add the spices and toss again.
- Put the potatoes into a casserole dish, spread out as much as possible, and sprinkle on the remaining ⅛ cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then turn your oven up to Broil (500 F) and bake for another 10 minutes.
