This smoothie is guava-licious! The coconut milk does not over-power the subtle guava taste, and the strawberries pare really well with it all. Guava is considered a super fruit due to it being rich in vitamin c, lycopene and other great for your skin nutrients. It also works as an immunity booster, can help lower the risk of cancer, and is low on the glycemic index.
- 2 Guava fruits, large, seeds/skin removed
- 8 Frozen Large Strawberries
- ½ Frozen Banana
- 2 handfuls Baby Spinach
- ¾ c. Light Coconut Milk
- ¼ c. Water
- Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
