Talk about getting a whole lot of vegetable and fruit servings in one smoothie! Don’t be afraid of the broccoli in this smoothie, its actually REALLY tasty and REALLY good for you at the same time.
Green Machine Smoothie

Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Banana (medium)
- 1 c. Broccoli Florets (you can use frozen broccoli here too)
- ¾ c. Almond Milk
- 2 handfuls Baby Spinach
- 1½ tbsp. Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 Ice cubes (optional)
- 1 tbsp. Ground Flaxseed (optional)
- ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in Blender and blend until smooth. Blend in 2 ice cubes if you would like to make it colder.
- Enjoy!
