Free of refined sugar and wheat. I previously posted this recipe with white chocolate but these are really great using semi sweet chocolate chips as well. The macadamia nuts add some great health benefits – they contain monounsaturated fatty acids which aids the cardiovascular system, and they contain a good deal of healthy fiber. So these cookies are not only delicious and don’t use sugar, they contain some great health benefits too!
