Easy Healthy Mashed Potatoes
- 2 Large Red Potatoes
- ¼ tbsp. Butter
- ⅛ tsp Fine Sea Salt
- Wash the potatoes well
- Cut potatoes into 3 inch chunks (you can leave the skin on or remove)
- Boil the potato chunks for 20 minutes
- Remove the potatoes from the water and let cool for 3 minutes.
- Mash the potatoes using a potato masher or large spoon.
- Mix in the butter and salt.
- Enjoy!
