Easy Healthy Mashed Potatoes
Serves: 6
 
Ingredients
  • 2 Large Red Potatoes
  • ¼ tbsp. Butter
  • ⅛ tsp Fine Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Wash the potatoes well
  2. Cut potatoes into 3 inch chunks (you can leave the skin on or remove)
  3. Boil the potato chunks for 20 minutes
  4. Remove the potatoes from the water and let cool for 3 minutes.
  5. Mash the potatoes using a potato masher or large spoon.
  6. Mix in the butter and salt.
  7. Enjoy!
