This is a delicious smoothie to start your day off with. Just don’t drink it too fast or else you’ll end up with brain freeze like I did!
Strawberry Banana Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 8 Frozen Strawberries
- ½ Frozen Banana
- 1½ handfuls Spinach
- 1 Lacinato Kale Leaf
- ¼ Cucumber
- ½ c. Almond Milk
- ⅛ c. Coconut Water
- 1 tbsp. Ground Flaxseed (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
