The combination of pumpkin and mango may sound strange but I promise you that its delightful. I’m not sure what compelled me to mix these two together but the outcome was great and it helps me get some extra raw Kale into my diet. Pumpkin can help keep your eyesight sharp, aids in weight loss, and since it is high in potassium it can help you recover from a workout. Kale is loaded with antioxidants, as well as vitamins A/C/K.
Pumpkin and Mango Green Smoothie

Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. Pumpkin Puree
- ½ 10oz. bag of Frozen Mango Chunks
- 2 handfuls Curly Kale
- 1 c. Light Coconut Milk
- ½ c. Water
- ½ Banana, large
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Enjoy immediately!
