I absolutely love this Salmon recipe. It is actually my mom’s recipe but I kicked it up a notch in the healthy department by using a mix of natural spices instead of a premixed seasoning. This salmon also doesn’t leave you with that heavy stomach feeling that other overly buttered/oiled recipes tend to do. Salmon is high in Omega 3 fatty acids which protect heart health, bone health, and can even help improve memory. Not all Salmon is created equal though, so make sure to purchase wild-caught and say no to farmed salmon (which is actually not very healthy for you).
