Ingredients
- 2 Baby Spinach, handfuls
- 2 Naval Oranges, small (peeled and seeded)
- ¾ c. Frozen Pineapple Chunks (slightly less than a ⅓ of a 16oz bag)
- ¾ c. Light Coconut Milk
Instructions
- Place baby spinach and coconut milk into blender and blend for a few seconds to break up the spinach.
- Add in the oranges and frozen pineapple, then blend until completely smooth.
- Enjoy!
