Extra Healthy Greek Salad

Ingredients
- 5 Romaine Lettuce Leaves, chopped
- 1 Large Baby Bella Mushroom, sliced
- 4 Cucumber Slices, quartered
- 4 Red Onion Slices
- 4 Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 2-3 Peperoncini Peppers
- ⅛ c. Crumbled Feta Cheese
- ¼ c. Chickpeas (optional)
- 1.5 tbsp. Braggs Healthy Vinaigrette (or another classic vinaigrette)
Instructions
- Throughly wash all produce.
- Combine chopped lettuce, quartered cucumber slices, red onion slices, olives, chickpeas (optional) and feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Add salad dressing and toss, then add peperoncini peppers.
- Enjoy!
