Healthy Milk Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 Young Thai Coconut (I buy mine at Whole Foods)
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ⅛ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Ice Cubes
Instructions
  1. Crack coconut open (see video here on how to do this easily)
  2. Pour the coconut water into a blender
  3. Remove the inside meat of the coconut with a bendable spatula (that same video shows you how to do this) and place into the blender as well
  4. Then add the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
  5. Add 4 ice cubes
  6. Blend until completely smooth
  7. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
Don't get intimidated over opening a coconut. You'll get the hang of it, it gets easier every time!
