Ham and Swiss Zucchini Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 1 Zucchini, large
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese
  • Mayonnaise (optional)
  • Mustard (optional)
Instructions
  1. Wash the zucchini well, then pat dry.
  2. Cut the zucchini in half. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut out the middle of each half, creating an area where you can place the ham and cheese.
  3. Place 1 swiss cheese slice into each zucchini half (I split each cheese slice in half first), then add the ham on top.
  4. Top with some mayo or mustard, or both, and enjoy!
