Mango Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ¾ c. Frozen Mango Chunks
  • ½ Banana (medium)
  • 1½ handfuls Baby Spinach
  • 1 leaf Swiss Chard
  • ⅓ Cucumber
  • ½ c. Light Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Ground Flaxseed (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put everything in Blender and blend until smooth. Blend in 2 ice cubes (or just use a frozen banana) to make it colder.
  2. Enjoy immediately!
