Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1 c. Old Fashioned Oats
  • 4 tbsp. Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp. Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp. Maple Syrup, Dark Amber
  • 1 c. Almond Milk, Regular
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • Walnut Halves broken into pieces (Optional)
Instructions
  1. In a bowl or Pyrex container, stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover with saran wrap or Pyrex cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, mix in walnut pieces.
  2. Enjoy and then repeat!
