Chocolate Peanut Butter Matzo

Ingredients
  • 2 Sheets Unsalted Matzo Crakers
  • Smooth Natural Peanut Butter
  • ¾ bar Ghirardelli Chocolate, Intense Dark Twilight Delight, 72% Cacao (3.5 oz bar)
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350°
  2. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Place two full sheets of Matzo Crackers on foil. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over both of the crackers.
  3. In a small pot, melt the chocolate over high heat, stirring constantly (you don't want the chocolate to burn) until it is completely melted.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the matzo/peanut butter and spread evenly over the crackers. Place into the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes. Check crackers while they are cooking to ensure that they don't over cook. Once you see some of the chocolate start to bubble, remove from the oven.
  5. Let crackers completely cool and then break/cut into 36 pieces - I used a pizza cutter for this part.
  6. Keep leftovers in the fridge.
