Coconut Mango Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
  • 1 c. Lite Coconut Milk
  • 2 tsp. Chia Seeds
  • ½ Fresh Ripe Mango, cubed
  • 1 tsp. Agave Syrup
  • ¼ c. Raw Slivered Almonds
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the coconut milk, chia seeds and agave syrup, and mix well.
  2. Mix in the cubed mango and the almonds.
  3. Cover the top of the bowl with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Enjoy the next morning!
Notes
* You can add additional fresh mango on top before eating.
