Ingredients
  • 5 Romaine Lettuce Leaves, chopped
  • 1 Large Baby Bella Mushroom, sliced
  • 4 Cucumber Slices, quartered
  • 4 Red Onion Slices
  • 4 Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 2-3 Peperoncini Peppers
  • ⅛ c. Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • ¼ c. Chickpeas (optional)
  • 1.5 tbsp. Braggs Healthy Vinaigrette (or another classic vinaigrette)
Instructions
  1. Throughly wash all produce.
  2. Combine chopped lettuce, quartered cucumber slices, red onion slices, olives, chickpeas (optional) and feta cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Add salad dressing and toss, then add peperoncini peppers.
  4. Enjoy!
