Oven Baked Salmon

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. King Salmon Filet, Wild Caught
  • ¼ tsp. Granulated Garlic
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Fine Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp. Coriander
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • 1½ tbsp. + ½ tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Dill, dried
  • Juice from ½ Lemon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Rinse Salmon filet and pat dry with paper towel.
  3. Rub 1½ tbsp olive oil all over fish (all sides and bottom).
  4. Mix the Granulated garlic, onion powder, salt, coriander and paprika together. Rub spice mix all over filet.
  5. Sprinkle on the chopped dill.
  6. Rub in the additional ½ tbsp olive oil into the filet.
  7. Place into a baking dish, then pour the lemon juice over the top and sides of the filet.
  8. Cover the baking dish with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool enough to eat.
  11. Serve yourself and enjoy!
