Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 4 Red Potatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp. Granulated Garlic
  • ⅛ tsp. Fine Sea Salt
  • ½ tbsp. Chopped Rosemary
  • ¼ c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. In a small bowl, mix the granulated garlic, sea salt, rosemary, pepper and ⅛ cup of Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes in the olive oil until well coated.
  4. Add the spices and toss again.
  5. Put the potatoes into a casserole dish, spread out as much as possible, and sprinkle on the remaining ⅛ cup of Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn your oven up to Broil (500 F) and bake for another 10 minutes.
