Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Pork Tenderloin
  • ⅛ tsp. Granulated Garlic
  • 14 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning (no salt added)
  • 1 tsp. Ground Coriander
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. Using a fork, pierce the tenderloin multiple times on all sides.
  3. In a small bowl, mix all spices together. Then, spray all sides of the tenderloin with olive oil (about 2 long sprays each side) and rub in the spices.
  4. Lightly spray a large pan with olive oil and heat over high, lower to medium high heat, then place the tenderloin on the pan to brown on all sides (about 2 minutes each side).
  5. Remove the tenderloin from the pan and place into a baking dish or oven pan.
  6. Cook for 13-15 minutes in the oven, flipping tenderloin over halfway through cooking.
  7. Remove from oven/pan and let sit on a cutting board for 10 minutes.
  8. Slice the tenderloin, serve yourself and enjoy!
