Using a fork, pierce the tenderloin multiple times on all sides.
In a small bowl, mix all spices together. Then, spray all sides of the tenderloin with olive oil (about 2 long sprays each side) and rub in the spices.
Lightly spray a large pan with olive oil and heat over high, lower to medium high heat, then place the tenderloin on the pan to brown on all sides (about 2 minutes each side).
Remove the tenderloin from the pan and place into a baking dish or oven pan.
Cook for 13-15 minutes in the oven, flipping tenderloin over halfway through cooking.
Remove from oven/pan and let sit on a cutting board for 10 minutes.
Slice the tenderloin, serve yourself and enjoy!
