Slow Cooker Pork with Sweet Potato and Apple

- 2.5-3 lbs. Pork Loin
- 1 Sweet Potato, large
- 3 Apples
- 1 tbsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp. Granulated Garlic
- 1 tbsp. Ground Black Pepper
- ½ tbsp. Paprika
- ½ tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary
- 1 c. Filtered water
- Cut sweet potato and apples into cubes, skin removed.
- Lightly spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Slice pork loin into 4 parts. Rub all spices (except rosemary) onto pork loin, making sure to cover all sides. Place into slow cooker.
- Add the sweet potato, apples and water.
- Toss in the rosemary.
- Cook on low for 4.5 - 5 hours. Pork should be soft enough to shred apart.
- After cooking, using a fork, pull apart the pork with a fork.
- Serve yourself and enjoy!
