Ground Turkey with Carrots, Peas and Potatos

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey (don't use all white meat)
  • 2 Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 Carrots, large
  • 1 Sweet Peas, 15 oz. can
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
Instructions
  1. Lightly spray a wide/deep pan with cooking spray, break apart and cook the turkey until slightly browned.
  2. Add the potatoes, carrots, and peas (all peas in can + ½ liquid from can). Throw away the remaining liquid from the can of peas.
  3. Now add the spices and mix all of the ingredients well.
  4. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes covered, but mixing occasionally, or until all vegetables are softened.
  5. Remove from heat, let cool for a few minutes, then serve yourself and enjoy!
