Ground Turkey with Carrots, Peas and Potatos

Serves: 5
- 1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey (don't use all white meat)
- 2 Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 2 Carrots, large
- 1 Sweet Peas, 15 oz. can
- ¼ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- Lightly spray a wide/deep pan with cooking spray, break apart and cook the turkey until slightly browned.
- Add the potatoes, carrots, and peas (all peas in can + ½ liquid from can). Throw away the remaining liquid from the can of peas.
- Now add the spices and mix all of the ingredients well.
- Cook the mixture for 10 minutes covered, but mixing occasionally, or until all vegetables are softened.
- Remove from heat, let cool for a few minutes, then serve yourself and enjoy!
