Healthy Oven Baked Chicken Wings
Serves: 24 wings
 
Ingredients
  • 2.5-3 lbs. Chicken Wings
  • 1 Cholula Hot Sauce, 5 fl. oz. bottle
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • ½ tbsp. Ground Black Pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
  1. Using a sharp knife, cut through and remove the skin on the chicken wings.
  2. Place the skinless wings into a large bowl, then toss with ground pepper.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter. Add the entire bottle of hot sauce and mix together well.
  4. Dump the hot sauce/ butter mixture over the wings and coat each wing well.
  5. Place the bowl of wings in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°. 
  7. Lightly coat a baking pan with cooking spray, and arrange the wings on it one inch apart.
  8. Put in oven and bake for 30 minutes. 
  9. Using tongs, flip over each wing. Then cook for an additional 20 minutes.
  10. Let wings cool for a few minutes on top of tin foil placed over a cooling rack.
  11. Once cool enough to handle, serve yourself and enjoy!
