Cantaloupe Strawberry Green Smoothie
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- ½ Canatloupe
- 8 Frozen Strawberries (double amount if small sized)
- ½ Frozen Banana
- 4 handfuls Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1 Large Zucchini
- ½ c. Coconut Milk
- ½ c. Filtered Water
Instructions
- Cut cantaloupe in half, remove the seeds, and scoop out the insides of one of the halves.
- Put the scooped out cantaloupe and all of the other ingredients into a blender, and blend until completely smooth.
- Enjoy!
